Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

{{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, {{ADDRESS}} (“getsaito”, “we”). “You” means the person or business that submits a request. The service is for business use, and by ordering you confirm you are acting for a business.

2. The service

getsaito designs, builds and launches websites and online stores for you. What each package includes and what it costs is shown on our home page and in the request form. Prices are in US dollars.

3. The free preview

  • After you submit a request, we aim to email you a link to a preview of your new homepage within 1–2 hours. The preview is free and does not oblige you to buy.
  • The preview stays open for 24 hours from the first time you open the link (no more than 72 hours after we send it) and can be extended once for another 24 hours. After that it no longer opens. A countdown and an “Order my website” button are shown on the preview.
  • We do not copy or give your preview to anyone else, and we ask the same of you. Until you pay, you may not publish, copy or reuse the preview.
  • The 1–2 hour target applies once we have everything we need. If we need to review a request by hand, we tell you in our email and reply as soon as possible, never later than 5 business days.
  • For a redesign, you confirm that the website you give us belongs to you or your company, or that the owner has allowed you to redesign it. We do not redesign websites that are not yours.
  • Change requests made while the preview is open are sent from the preview page.

4. Price and payment

  • You see the price in the request form and in our email. You pay only after you approve the preview.
  • When you press “Order my website”, you see the price and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy before being sent to Stripe Checkout to pay by card.

  • Custom projects are priced separately, in writing, before work starts.

5. Timelines

Start and Redesign websites go live within 1 business day after payment and after we receive the information we need (business details, domain choice). How long a domain takes to point to your site depends on your domain registrar. The time for other packages is shown in the form and can change with the extras you choose. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days.

6. Revisions

The price includes rounds of revisions: 1 for Start and Redesign, 2 for Business. Extra revisions are quoted separately.

7. Money-back guarantee

If your website, after we revise it based on your notes, still does not satisfy you, we refund what you paid through Stripe. {{REFUND_TERMS}}

8. Ownership

  • The domain is registered in your name.
  • When you have paid in full, we assign to you the rights in the website we built for you, including its design, text we wrote and files, and we hand over all site files. Until payment, everything stays ours.
  • We keep our own tools, templates and code libraries that we use across clients, and give you a perpetual license to use them as part of your site.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the text, logos and photos you give us. If you give us no photos, we create illustrative images with AI; they do not show your real premises or people, and you can swap in your own photos at any time.

9. Hosting and maintenance

Hosting (SSL and backups) costs about $49 per year. Maintenance (updates and small changes) is a separate optional service at $50 per month. You can use your own hosting instead, and we will move the site there. Cancellation: {{CANCELLATION_TERMS}}

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, getsaito is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service. {{LIABILITY_TERMS}}

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of {{GOVERNING_STATE}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve any dispute by talking first. If that fails, it will be decided by the courts located in that state.
