Privacy Policy
Last updated: {{LAST_UPDATED}}
1. Who we are
{{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} (“getsaito”, “we”) is the business responsible for your personal information. Our address is {{ADDRESS}}. Contact us at {{EMAIL}}. This policy applies to our website and to the free preview and website services we provide to businesses.
2. What we collect
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: your name and email address from the request form, and a hashed (not raw) version of your IP address that we use to prevent abuse.
- Business and project details: your business name, your current website address, your answers about the project and any notes you write.
- Commercial information: the package and price you requested and your order history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Internet activity: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters, ad click IDs), browser type, and, only if you accept cookies, website usage data from Google Analytics and the Meta pixel (see the Cookie Policy).
If you give us your current website address, we read its publicly available pages (text, menu, images) to prepare your preview. By submitting the address you confirm it belongs to you or your company, or that you have the owner’s permission.
We do not collect phone numbers. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and our service is for businesses, not for children under 16.
3. Where it comes from
Directly from you (the form, your emails, your payment), automatically from your browser, and from the public pages of the website you ask us to redesign.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare your free preview.
- To follow up once on an unfinished request. If you enter your email and do not finish the form, we may send one email asking whether you need help. It is not a marketing email, and we will not send more to that address. Write to us and we will delete it.
- To deliver the service, take payment, keep tax and accounting records, and provide support.
- To measure advertising and website use, but only after you accept the relevant cookies.
- To keep the site secure and block spam and abuse.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you accept advertising cookies: if you do, the Meta pixel sends data about your visit to Meta, which California law may treat as “sharing”. You can say no with Cookie settings in the footer, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a “no” to advertising cookies.
6. Who receives it
Service providers process personal information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- {{HOSTING_PROVIDER}} – website, request and preview hosting, and email delivery;
- Cloudflare – network security and content delivery in front of our website;
- Stripe – card payments and refunds when you order a website;
- Anthropic (the “Claude” AI assistant) – your request answers and the public content of your current website are used to write and build your preview and website;
- Google (the “Gemini” image service) – only image descriptions are sent, never your contact details;
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta pixel) – only if you gave consent;
- {{ACCOUNTING_PROVIDER}} – invoices and receipts.
We also disclose information when the law requires it. Our servers and most providers are in the United States. If you visit from the EU, EEA or UK, you are sending your information to the United States, and we rely on your request and consent for that transfer.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not become an order: 12 months, then deleted.
- Free previews: the link works for 24 hours; the files are deleted 14 days later.
- Orders, receipts and tax records: as long as the contract runs and as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Cookies: as listed in the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
If you live in California, and in many other states, you may:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell it);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it);
- not be treated worse for using these rights.
To make a request, email {{EMAIL}} from the address you used with us. We will verify your identity by matching it to our records and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. If we decline, we will tell you why.
9. EU, EEA and UK visitors
You also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are your request (contract), our legitimate interest in security and in one follow-up email, legal obligations, and your consent for analytics and advertising cookies. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
